Coach House Shortbread are sealed air-tight and very stable at room temperature for up to 6 months. For longer term storage, keep them below 60 degrees F/ 15 degrees C in any place cool - the basement, wine storage, garage, or even in the fridge. It is not advisable to store them in hot sun, or near heat sources. A good rule of thumb: if chocolate would do well there, these will too. Each package has 200g of cookies (about 18 biscuits)
