A favourite combination in ancient Persia and mediaeval Europe, the smooth nuttiness of toasted almonds mingled with the fragrant crunch of sugared rose petals create a romantically delicious flavour  not unlike Turkish delight.

SUGAR PLUM

"Twas the night before Christmas… and visions of Sugar Plums danced in their heads…”  I had never actually had a Sugar Plum until my partner Will made some. Made from Dried apricots, raisins, dried plums, almonds, and spices, they are a delicious, old-fashioned treat. I soak the dried fruit for 4 months in Applewood Rum, and then add them along with cinnamon, cardamom and caraway for a truly magical flavour just for Christmas.  For my 25th anniversary I hope you enjoy this amazing combination of classic Christmas treats, the flavours will truly dance in your mouth
